Ingredients

1 lb Rainforest Seafood Jamaican Lobster Meat

6 ozs Unsalted Butter

2 lbs dry pasta

2 cloves Garlic (minced)

1 cup White Wine

½ tbsp fresh Basil (chopped)

½ tbsp Oregano

1 Onion (diced)

4 ozs Mushroom (sliced)

2 qts Heavy Cream

8oz Parmesan Cheese

Salt and Pepper – to taste

Directions

Sauté Rainforest Seafood Jamaican Lobster Meat using butter, garlic and wine. Add vegetables and cook over medium heat for 3 mins. Pour in cream and cheese. Continue to heat until bubbly. Cook pasta. Drain well. Add pasta to cream sauce. Stir for 1 min until thickened. Serve immediately.
